Is your honey raw?
Yes. Our honey is raw. It is cold extracted, not heated, and nothing is added to it.
What does cold extracted mean?
Our honey is not heated during extraction. Cold extraction helps the honey keep its natural character.
Has your honey been lab tested?
Yes. A sample of our honey was tested at a laboratory for added sugar and adulteration. No added sugar was detected.
What type of honey is it?
Pure Acacia Honey. It is light in colour, mild and smooth. Acacia honey stays liquid longer than most honeys, but it can still thicken in cold weather.
What is in the Premium Honey Nuts?
Raw honey with kalonji, walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, figs and pumpkin seeds. The jar contains tree nuts.
Why does my honey look thick or grainy?
This is natural crystallization, and it happens more in cool weather. It is not spoiled. Put the closed jar in warm water below 40°C for 20 to 30 minutes and stir gently. Never microwave it.
Should I keep the honey in the fridge?
No. Cold speeds up crystallization. Keep it at room temperature, away from sun and damp.
Does Pure Acacia Honey expire?
No. Pure Acacia Honey is raw and has no expiry date. Close the lid after each use and always use a clean, dry spoon.
How long does Honey Nuts last?
For best crispiness, use the Premium Honey Nuts within 6 months. Close the lid after each use and always use a clean, dry spoon.
Is it safe for children and people with allergies?
The Honey Nuts jar contains tree nuts, so please avoid it if anyone has a nut or bee-product allergy. Do not give honey to children under 12 months.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on selected orders and promotional deals. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Lahore takes from same day up to 3 working days. Other cities take 3 to 7 working days. We send tracking details on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, to every area our courier can reach. For remote areas we check first and contact you before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card or wallet payment, and cash on delivery.
Can I cancel my order?

What if my jar arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos, and we will refund you.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Honey is food, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
